AccessElite is removing the hassles typically associated with caring for your health.  For a low monthly cost, members have their own team of highly-vetted elite specialists across more than 15 different specialty areas available to meet their needs - all with the support of an exceptional member services team ready to serve. Gone are the days of a healthcare membership or concierge service merely giving access to one doctor. With AccessElite, members have seamless access to an entire network of the top physicians, including primary care, ready to see them tomorrow.

Where is AccessElite available?

Today, it is only available in North San Diego, but we plan to add six additional markets by the end of the year.

How do I sign up for AccessElite?

Sign up on our website by clicking here or contact Member Services at (833) 755-0402. In addition to calling us, we can be reached via email at or live chat at (click on the chat icon in the lower right corner of the screen). Our member experience team is here to answer any of your questions and assist you in the sign-up process. 

When can I setup my first doctor's appointment after becoming a member?

AccessElite members are able to set up an appointment immediately after becoming a member and downloading our mobile application on the iTunes App or Google Play stores.

How do I access the AccessElite mobile application?

The AccessElite application can be downloaded in the Apple App store or Google play store by searching ‘AccessElite’.

How do I set-up my first appointment?

Appointments can be made through our AccessElite mobile application (Select Doctor > Select Appointment Window From Schedule > Confirm Appointment), or by calling our Member Services Team at (833) 755-0402.

Do I have to download the app?

We recommend all members download the AccessElite application to fully utilize all of the membership benefits, such as, instant appointment booking, directions to appointment, electronic health history, digital insurance and identification cards, and much more!

How can I confirm my appointment?

We will always keep you informed by sending you a text message and an email notification to confirm your appointments ahead of time. You can also view upcoming appointments under the ‘Appointments’ tab in your mobile application.

How do I change or cancel an appointment?

Appointments can be canceled in the AccessElite app under the ‘Appointments’ tab or by calling Member Services at (833) 755-0402.

How much does my doctor visit cost?

Appointment billing is not covered by the AccessElite membership fee and is handled directly with the doctor’s practice. Patients can utilize their insurance or pay out-of-pocket for their office visit, depending on what their physician offers and accepts. If you need assistance determining if a particular doctor takes your insurance, our Member Services Team can happily assist you with this.

What cities is AccessElite offered in?

Currently AccessElite is only available in the North San Diego County area. We are launching in additional cities over the next few months. If you would like to join our expansion waitlist create a profile today and we will let you know when we launch in your city.  

How can I learn more about data and privacy?

AccessElite is a HIPAA compliant, secure, encrypted service. When patients elect to use the app, they opt out of HIPAA for compliance reasons. Only doctors you have scheduled appointments with are able to view your self-reported medical history in-app in preparation for an upcoming appointment. How can I cancel my membership?

We don’t want to see anyone go! However, we understand if you have to. Cancellations can be completed by contacting our Member Services Team at (833) 755-0402.
